Another great stay at Premier Inn Bagshot. Very quiet & the room was fine. The food in the restaurant was very good & a special mention & thanks to Jackie. She was fantastic, courteous, friendly & polite…a credit to Premier Inn! Thank you…

All the staff, at the very least, seemed disinterested in any concerns we had. We went down for breakfast at the allotted time to be told that there had been a rush so there would be a delay. After 20 mins breakfast started to come out but only one dish at a time and not all the choices even appeared. The conservatory was grubby and window ledge filthy. The whole experience was one that we will not be repeating.

Rooms were clean and standard and the location was OK for what we needed it for. Decent size car park and it wasn't very busy when we were there. Large restaurant attached for meals if needed which served decent food fast. However, it was the staff that stood out for us. The employee that checked us in at 10:30pm was amazing and unbelievably helpful, and the waitress in the restaurant at breakfast was really friendly. Unfortunately, we had to check out a day early, but other than that, our stay was lovely.

Both bedside lamps did not work reception had no spare bulbs. Not good when it's a family room so can't read my book and let me daughter sleep. No TV remote and reception had no spare. Would have read my book but! In a disabled room so no bedside table and no socket by the bed. Electric heater stinks so turned it off lucky it's not too cold did hope the smell would go but has not. Not had probs with premier inn before did ask for another room but fully booked.

Moody who was so kind and very efficient and professional who I booked my room over the phone went above and beyond with accommodation and late check in times as I needed to come in late. Everything was great in every aspect. My first stay at premier in and I was pleasantly impressed. Really welcoming staff. Excellent customer care from very nice young ladies at reception to greet me. Also Robyn who kindly served me the restaurant. Extremely friendly and recommended meals to me. I had prawn linguine . Very tasty . A nice overnight stay and good value.
