  Great hotel, stayed here many times. Free long stay parking nearby in a safe multi-storey. Plenty of local shops and places to eat. Decent nearby train service into central London. Lovely clean rooms, and staff friendly. This time Richard was able to arrange an early check in with no notice, which was really appreciated.

  Had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Addlestone! A special shoutout to Richard, whose hospitality truly made our trip. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Outstanding customer service—we will definitely be back!

  Fabulous service as always (this time from Richard). I never stay anywhere else when I’m in this part of Surrey. Comfy beds, rooms are always spotless, helpful and friendly staff, great location with Waitrose underneath, a great restaurant opposite and the train a few minutes walk away.?Coming up to my 50th stay here over the last 4 yrs, it’s my home away from home!

  I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and, previously, I couldn’t fault the service or rooms. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, but on arrival there was only a double bed. On another occasion, the booking system changed my family room to a single room due to lack of availability. I also had to wait over an hour after checking in online for the issue to be resolved, and eventually they provided an extra single bed. I cannot fault the staff, as they did their best with the limited rooms and resources available. However, the company seriously needs to address the booking system, room availability and resources at the hotel. It is disappointing to see a hotel I previously had such good experiences with decline to this level.
