We’ve stayed here a few times now because the location and parking are brilliant for trips to Legoland Windsor and Chessington World of Adventures. There are also great local amenities nearby, which makes the whole stay super convenient.
What prompted me to write this review today was the incredible service from the lovely Welsh lady on staff (sorry I didn't catch your name!). She was so friendly and welcoming to our 3-year-old son. He is a very slow eater and doesn't eat much, but she went above and beyond to help us make sure he ate most of his main meal before having dessert.
That extra bit of kindness made a huge difference to our family, and management should know what a fantastic asset she is to the team. She truly deserves full credit and recognition for her amazing service. We will definitely be back!

Very hardworking staff, the hotel was very clean and tidy. Always feels very spacious and quiet. Upon arrival with my elderly parents, we were welcomed by a very polite and professional member of staff, he went out of his way to ensure the check in process was as seamless as possible. Richard is a credit to Premier Inn.

With an extra busy weekend in the hotel I’d just like to give an extra shout out to Richard and Joo!
Richard was looking after reception and very quickly helped with a minor issue I had with my room.
Joo was busy cooking breakfasts and even though there were an extra almost 40 guests, who are attending a wedding close by she was extremely friendly and helpful, she even delivered freshly cooked hash browns to our table, they were perfectly cooked too, we all enjoyed them immensely!
The hotel was clean and parking easy, with a Waitrose carpark right outside for booking in (an hour’s stay) and free parking in a multi storey carpark which is almost next door.
Huge thanks to all the staff here, you’re truly making even more special and memorable!

We cannot thank Sameena and Meenu enough for how incredibly helpful and caring they were during our stay.
We arrived at around 9:30pm after having an absolutely horrific experience with another accommodation provider earlier that evening. We had been left having to find somewhere else to stay at very short notice, and by the time we arrived we were exhausted, hot, sticky and, most importantly, had a very tired 6-year-old who desperately needed to get to bed.
Because we had booked so late, housekeeping had already gone home and the family room hadn't been made up. Despite this, Sameena and Meenu went completely out of their way to help us. They made getting the room ready a priority and had it prepared for us within around 10 minutes, which meant we could get our little one settled much sooner than we expected.
They didn't just stop there. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even arranged for us to have ice for our water bottles. After being out in the heat since lunchtime, this was such a small thing but meant so much to us at the time. All we wanted was a nice shower, a comfortable room and to get our little one into bed, and they made that happen.
What could have been another stressful experience turned into such a positive one because of the kindness, understanding and effort shown by these two members of staff.
Sameena and Meenu are a credit to Premier Inn. They didn't have to go above and beyond in the way they did, but they genuinely cared and made us feel looked after when we really needed it.
After the experience we'd had earlier that evening, their kindness completely restored our faith in good customer service.
Thank you both so much — you really did turn around what had been a horrific evening for our family. ❤️
5 stars without hesitation!

Very disappointing experience with the housekeeping service.
We asked at reception how we could have our room cleaned, and we were initially told that Premier Inn does not clean rooms during your stay. This surprised us because we had just stayed at another Premier Inn in London where they did. When we mentioned this, the explanation then changed to "they just don’t do it at this particular hotel."
What makes this even more confusing is that the hotel itself has a sign clearly stating that guests staying more than one night can request daily room cleaning at reception before 12 noon (photo attached).
We also asked how we could get clean towels, and were told to leave the used ones in the corridor together with our rubbish. We honestly don't think this is a particularly hygienic or appropriate way to handle something so basic in a hotel.
We would completely understand a policy where rooms are only cleaned on request. The issue is the contradictory information from reception and the fact that what we were told directly conflicts with the information displayed by the hotel itself.
