  Absolutely excellent customer service on Reception and in the restaurant, lovely friendly and efficient staff. We had two coeliacs in our group and we were completely reassured that our gluten free food would be prepared and served carefully. Brilliant knowledge of allergen safety! Our rooms were spotless, very spacious and comfortable and the staff were very helpful about our early check in requests. Thank you so much, we are now Premier Inn converts and are looking forward to our next stay!

  On arrival the people behind the desk we're very polite chatty and helpful room was spotless a great visit a great start to the holiday

  Good stop on route to Devon. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Room clean and comfortable. Restaurant ok but had a very long wait for breakfast

  Very nice hotel. The staff were really helpful. Very nice rooms. My only complaint is that it needs a lift for guests.
