  My family and I were staying here under very stressful circumstances and our stay at this hotel totally compounded that stress. We ended up staying three nights but each new day our keys had to be ‘recut’ and even then didn’t work. When you only have twenty minutes to rest it’s extremely annoying to have to wait ten minutes for your key to work. Some of the staff work very hard to make you welcome and are very kind but mainly they are harassed, over worked and frankly a bit useless. The breakfast situation is a farce, don’t eat there unless you have to. Everywhere smells strange, the corridors and the rooms and the room doesn’t really seem like it’s been cleaned properly. The remote for the TV is sticky and everything is very tired. Maybe all of this would be bearable if it was £50 a room but we ended up paying nearly £900 for three rooms for three nights. We could have stayed somewhere nice for that! Only giving this two stars because it was geographically handy for what we needed. Do not use this hotel unless you have no other choice.

  We stayed at the Town centre Premier Inn for just one night to see a show at Westlands. On arrival we were greeted by Danielle and Gosia, who both did their best to make us welcome with friendly help and advice regarding our stay. Knowing that we would be returning after the show, they kept the bar open on a very quiet night for us to have a nightcap. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was cooked to order, the staff were friendly and the food was good. The car parking was exactly as advertised, in a public carpark about 100m away and we experienced no problems.

  only downdide is windows font ipen, and water use is noisy from other rooms. dont fo breakfast there, they are incredibly slow and want to do a time slot for it, that doesnt work for working people.

  arrived and chose not to stay and checked out immediately after the parking was not on site parking, and was in a dark city centre car park location - not ideal with a car full of luggage and valuables. toilet was literally crap stained with a 50p in it?? contacted reception, who were super helpful and told us the details to claim a refund. contacted the refund team, who didn’t respond to any of my emails leaving me having to do a chargeback with the bank.

  Disappointing!! Booked over the bank holiday (so would think they would be stocked up) This has to be one of the worst Premier inn I have been too, the Toilet was dirty it was actually disgusting. The room was okay, but nothing like I've stayed in before. Breakfast - they had no white bread. Crossiants- were made to order - all finished, start saying kitchen closed at 10.30am (suppose to be open till 11am). We booked 2 single beds and got 1 double and 1 single - but paid more for the 2 single beds booking. They really need to fix up, staff were okay, they are just working thrre, trying to get through their shift. Definitely won't be back here.
