  This particular Premier Inn is my favourite. I love the location and the scenery it offers. It is one out of many that offers a true holiday/vacation experience considering it's proximity to the beach and its attendant characteristics. The staff are super amazing and helpful. The environment is clean and soothing and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. I do recommend this place 💯.

  Just come back from a night in Weston-Super-Mare. Hadn’t been there since being a kid. So I looked for somewhere with a good location. This Premier Inn was right on the seafront & only a 10 minute walk from the train station. I had an early check-in & got a nice welcome from the lady on the reception. My Premier Inn Plus room was really nice. Nice big room with a good bathroom, big comfy bed, fridge in the room with a couple of bottles of water & chocolate free in there. Room was clean & everything I needed in there. A great view out the window from the room of the seafront. Especially the sunset at the end of the day. It was also a nice touch getting a free takeaway breakfast & hot drink in the morning, while their restaurant is getting refurbished. I’d definitely stay here again & would recommend it.

  Lovely hotel with super comfy beds. Helpful reception team that took care of me even though I arrived in the early hours of the morning. Only downside is no onsite or reduced price parking

  The room was nice, but due to having work done down stairs in resturant area, it wasnt good. I wasnt informed of the work until after the booking, which was very wrong. Due to the work being done we were promised a complimenty breakfast, well just an orange(im alergic) and a crossant and coffee but only to be told they were having delivery issues, so not even breakfast for 3 days out of my 5 day stay. Not impressed. There was not really any interaction or chat with staff they stayed out of site, and had to buzz the buzzer before i saw anyone. I think as we are guests there the coffee should be complimentry 24/7, it wasnt, it was only available for breakfast! I paid nearly £500 very exspencive, for just a place to sleep. I give premier inn 2 stars out of 5 ☆☆ 🥺

  I realise work was being done but you could not have got a drink. I feel steps should be made to offer a service albeit very reduced - waste of money
