  We loved it tjere we had a bottom room which we loved and guy on reception desk had allot ppl there but dealt with everyone as fast as he could and we even had a little bit of a laugh with him ! Great location! Less than half hour away walk from city centre !

  If you are going to stop in Wells, this is the perfect place. We stayed in the Premier + room and it was worth it - clean, roomy, comfortable furniture, and fridge. The only downside was the height of the bath - stepping in and out of the bath to have a shower was a bit on the dangerous side! The restaurant was excellent with tasty well cooked food, and fairly priced. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended.
