  Had a great stay at Wells, a big thank you to Ray for an outstanding breakfast and for a friendly welcome. Also Mary, ready to help and again so friendly made the stay a great experience, will return for another visit

  The staff here were so friendly and helpful. Always happy to answer questions or resolve issues. Big shout out to Ray, who not only cooks up a great breakfast in the kitchen, but is also friendly, always happy to chat, very helpful and a knowledgeable tourist information guide. Thanks Ray. Also Mary for resolving our room issue. A very personal and friendly service provided by all. We will definitely come back.

  Highly recommended premier inn in a great location for the Arctangent festival. Rooms have everything you need and are very clean. We mistakenly booked the wrong night, called on the morning of and it was no stress. They sorted it immediately and made an anxiety inducing situation very easy. The breakfast was particularly good. Ray was wonderful and super helpful. We have 2 vegans and 1 veggie in the party and he made us all feel very welcome and made sure we had enough food. Will deffo come back next year!

  Stayed here when working at an event at the Bath and West showground ground. Whilst the rooms are standard premier Inn fare, the local management leaves a lot to be desired, I've yet to stay here where they haven't messed up a booking, ignoring late checkout requests ( working Nights at the event so we sleep during the day therefore require a late checkout to make it viable) not communicating parking charges ( it's just shy of £10, per night to park here) and on occasion double charging for the room. I'd recommend trying other Premier inns or alternative accomodation first before staying here. Also warning, their Monday Fire Alarm test isn't communicated clearly and nearly caused a small coronary when it woke me up last year.

  We have to pay 128£ for parking there as reception dude was really... well simple and little bit unprofessional. For tourist place is overpriced. We got emergancy overnight stand as our rental room was not open and we was left out at night with kids. They arrange rooms ona and half hours (!) And never asked about car even it was visible from door and I ask about place from parking. I like to add that service wasn't otherwise terrible or bad or unfriendly but it just course us lot of problems and costs that were fully avoidable by using brain.
