  My 2nd vist here used as a base for visiting Yeovil fc and monkey world one member of staff [ Mel] was very good with local information and knowledge ,unfortunately the bar next to the hotel is closing down so you won't be able to get an evening meal or breakfast

  We stayed at the Premier Inn Glastonbury for one night while travelling through to Dorset on holiday. We chose Glastonbury as it was ideally located for a visit to Clarks Village in Street, as well as giving us the chance to explore Glastonbury Tor and some of the other local attractions. The staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn — clean, comfortable and tidy, with everything we needed. We were one towel short when we arrived, but this was quickly rectified by the staff with no fuss at all. After a great night’s sleep, we were well rested and ready to continue our holiday. A really pleasant, hassle-free stay in a great location for exploring the area. Thanks very much to all the team! Adam & Olya. Needs to be more than 5 star. Thanks.

  Lovely hotel Bed was comfortable, room was clean, everything you need Staff were polite and friendly I’ll definitely be staying here in future

  I had a lovely stay at this hotel visiting friends and family, it was smooth from start to finish. Check in was easy and the room was spotless. The staff were excellent and helped me with everything I needed. Location is great and easy to get to street and Glastonbury centre.

  Oh dear not positive im afraid. Stayed in a premier plus room. This room needed a deep clea. Shoer grout needed a good scrub, also the toilet seat/lid. Dust on skirting boards. Room fairly clean. Corners collecting dust on the carpet. Meal deal purchased. Evening meal limited menu, limited drinks. Food mediocre. Breakfast obismal bacon undercooked fried eggs over cooked NO BUTTER had run out!!! Seriously???. Skip the meal deal go into town. Have stayed here a few times. It has deteriorated since the. Would I stay again, maybe but would not purchase a meal deal. On the up the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Restraunt staff friendly and helpful
