  I regularly stay at the Premier Inn in Warwick, It is always clean, the food is great, and it’s completely reliable. Because of those positive experiences, I spent £280.98 on a room to treat my family to a couple of nights here while heading to Longleat Safari Park. I feel totally let down and genuinely wish I had booked an independent establishment instead. The Room (Over £140 a night): Hygiene & Temperature: There was no AC, making the room unbearably hot. The provided fan was so clogged with dust I didn't want to turn it on. The dust floating around the room was actually disgusting; I woke up to a thick layer of it built up on my phone screen. Comfort: Two of the worst nights' sleep I've ever had. The beds were rock solid—it felt like sleeping on the floor. Facilities: The shower was nothing more than a lukewarm mist, and the wall USB/USB-C sockets were completely broken. Cleanliness: The kettle was gross. I originally thought my cups were dirty and went to get clean ones, but it turned out the kettle itself was dispensing bits of debris into the water. The Restaurant (Beefeater): On top of the room cost, we spent £70 on a meal at the attached Beefeater, and that was without puddings because the mains were so appalling we just wanted to leave. It was almost as if they had microwaved the life out of everything; the meats were chewy with a rubbery, plastic texture. I know Beefeater is closing down, and given this standard, I'm not surprised. I'm honestly glad nobody else will have to go through the misery of spending their hard-earned cash on a plate full of overcooked microwave meals. The Staff: The only positive was the staff, who were great, very polite and friendly. This poor review does not reflect on them in any way; they can only work with what they are given. Conclusion: It's a huge shame. I’m sure this was once a great hotel, but you have really let yourselves down. Taking over £350 from a loyal customer for a dirty room and terrible food is unacceptable, and this experience has completely put me off using Premier Inn in the future.

  The Frome hotel is located around a 10 minute drive to the main town and a 20 minute drive to Longleat. Currently,they have a restaurant next to it which was understaffed and slow . I recommend going into the town for dinner . The rooms looked good when you walked in , however it was a bit dirty with random stains on the floor ,curtains walls and more. It made me a bit uneasy but it was alright for a night or two . I did think the check in and service was good and they were extremely friendly! Overall,it was just a regular Premier inn. It had good value for what we paid and is a quite small Premier inn compared to other ones.

  You usually know what you're getting with a Premier Inn and in my experience it's decent. At this one though, not so much. The shower pressure was woeful and kept going between hot and cold. On the plus side, the bed was comfy and the fan worked very well. I didn't eat in the restaurant, just had a drink but the staff were unprofessional for the most part, being more interested in bickering with each other than anything else. Also, no Premier Inn should ever charge £175 for one night. That is a rip off.

  I appreciated the Quality Fan in the room, however it should be cleaned when the room is! It was covered in dust with a considerable build up inside and all over the front!

  Rooms excellent other than street boy racers trying to do doughnuts on the roundabout star dinner waiting around for 20 minutes to finally get seated waited another half hour to get served food was okay then took half an hour to clear the table and get dessert and then in the morning for breakfast didn’t make it clear to stand to get seated the buffet was ridiculous. There was no communication in the kitchen. They will say it will be a two minute wait for one Pacific food and you’ll be standing around for 10 minutes until you ask again and they bring it out no plates honestly think kids could run better good location, but next time rather book an Airbnb
