  The room was really good, with plenty of space. Nicely arranged for a family of four. Staff on reception really friendly. Unfortunately the same couldn't be said for the staff in the restaurant, no cooked breakfast available and staff not friendly at all. Would recommend hotel but wouldn't bother with restaurant and would find alternative place to eat.

  Quiet location off the main road but very close to Weston and only 20 mins from Cheddar. Clean rooms and lovely staff, especially one of the new management, she was absolutely lovely and a great laugh to chat with. Definitely worth a look if you prefer a quieter location at night and don't mind a little bit of driving to get to nearby places. The next door restaurant is in the process of moving ownership and the staff are run off their feet but do everything they can to help and accommodate. They're also very friendly and as quick and efficient as they can be with limited staff and a big upheaval. A good few places will also deliver to this hotel opening up options if you fancy something different. There is a fantastic Indian restaurant just up the road too. Overall it's a Premier Inn, you know what you're getting room wise etc but the staff are fantastic here and the quiet location really helped with getting the kids to actually go to bed and sleep. Just keep an eye on the turning or you can miss it.

  I have stayed in many premier inns up and down the country but I have to say I have never experienced such a shambolic organisation as far as the breakfast goes. We had a huge family party booked on Saturday and I recommended the Lympsham hotel to all my family who travelled to the West Country from Essex. We thought we had been so organised as a family in order to make things run smoothly but I couldn’t have been further from the truth. My family were not only not expected in the hotel on arrival but two mornings on the trott they were told that they were not booked for breakfast. One of the rooms had not been cleaned on arrival and it really put a huge black cloud on what should have been a beautiful weekend. Shame on you Premier Inn, you know the Hobbs Boat provides breakfast for you guests why is communication between the two of you non existent. If we had been told that we need to physically book breakfast either (a) the hotel and (b) the Hobbs boat we would have done so but anywhere else in the country the hotel liaises with the pub. I will not be recommending you ever again and a good mind to put on social media as unfortunately we cannot rely on you as a local business to provide a welcoming atmosphere.

  This is the first time we stay in this premier we choose it for it's location as it was central to the places we wanted to visit. It's a fantastic location which is easily accessible off the main road,the carpark has plenty of spaces. Inside everything was spotless,very clean,the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and were on hand if we needed anything. We had a very pleasureable stay and would highly recommend to everyone.
