  Nice and quiet spot for a night. Easy access to get to and from the BP pulse arena without any hassle. Also easy routes to nearby town and villages. Lovely stay though! Would come back again!!

  Black mould in bath plug. Room 35 could hear dogs barking all night, kept waking me up. When commented on asking if there was a kennel next door no apology. Just that yes there was near by.

  Stayed here for 3 nights due to attending the NEC. Very quiet at night great sleep - you can open the windows!
