It's been a week and still waiting for my receipt to be sent via email. Was told it would automatically be sent on check out. 1 week and 16 calls later it's still ongoing. Out of those 16 calls only 4 calls connected. All 4 times they have sent it through apparently. This really has put me off staying at Premier Inn as it is clearly proving to be a system issue.

Great place to stay with friendly staff and a brilliant breakfast. It has a carvery pub right next door which is lovely.

Stayed for one night with my partner and daughter, the service was amazing, and the staff are really really kind. Breakfast was great, plenty of selection and tasty. The carvery on site is really good too. The location itself is nice and quiet, not many rooms here so not the typical busy and bustling premier inn we’re used to, but that’s a good thing! Room was a great size and we had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable.
