  The hotel is simple, clean and reliable, typical for this chain. Rooms are comfortable and sufficiently spacious for a short stay, with especially comfortable beds. The location is practical if you’re travelling by car, with good access to Birmingham and the surrounding area. Staff are friendly, and breakfast is decent without surprises.

  Despite asking for a quiet room, I was put in foom 104 which is next to a corridor door. I was kept awake until late with the door opening and closing as people used it, then woken up VERY early as people started to get up. The service at breakfast was incredibly slow, with the waitress having no hurry to serve people (it wasn't busy). I wouldn't stay here again
