  Room is very clean. Hotel staff friendly and engaging. The premier breakfast is fantastic and the Toby cavern next door is friendly with excellent food. Would definitely stay here again.

  Just got back from a trip to the NEC . Stayed here for the first time. Great location And the team on Breakfast were outstanding, friendly and nothing was a problem. Room was clean too. Would stay again We had a great time

  Friendly staff, comfy rooms, especially the bed, great monsoon shower, lovely breakfast and very allergen aware.

  Just stayed for the one night over the weekend. We arrived early after a 5.5hr journey, spoke to the breakfast staff about parking (they were so helpful and kind) and then checked in later that night after attending a party. The lady on reception that night was fantastic, so patient with my drunk boyfriend (i think she was the manager, I’m not sure!) Can’t thank the staff enough, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Didn’t have breakfast in the morning, opted for a lie in instead but room was comfortable, spacious and spotless.
