  Stayed as travelling from Birmingham airport so the location was handy. However the rooms are tired looking and not what expected from a Premier inn at all.

  A typical Premier Inn with great customer service. The only reason it isn't a five star is because it looks a bit tired and the aircon didnt work although there was a fan but notherless clean and only 20 minutes from the NEC/ airport.

  We were so impressed with the accommodation and the friendly staff and hospitality! We are a young family with a two year old and felt facilities were very good! We arrived late in the evening - the staff kindly refunded us for our evening meal and made sure we were booked in for breakfast at a time that suited us. The family room was good value for money with a double and single bed, travel cot, good TV, bathroom with bath and some space for our little one to explore. Free WiFi. Everything that we needed, and we will likely come again if passing through the area. Thanks very much!

  When I arrived there was no one on reception. So I pressed the buzzer as instructed on the notice. Still nobody arrived. Went back to my car. Eventually reception had a person there. Checked in.

  I've stayed here a couple times this month, and every visit has been excellent. The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a solo female traveller, I really appreciated that they offered to place me in a quieter section for my comfort and safety, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast is fantastic, and the team consistently provides outstanding service. I always enjoy my stay and would happily return.
