  Filthy room and was for the week of our stay. The room was cleaned every other day and still dirty. Dust everywhere. Coffee stains on the walls and dirty bedding. £500 to stay a week here is a disgrace

  Was ok, Staff were friendly. The room was ok. It was a bit noisy & I was unable to sleep. Not usual for a premier inn. But you get what you pay for it suppose? Just a one night stay on our way from Scotland heading further down south.

  This is our second stay at the hotel and it has been wonderful. The staff are fabulous and the service they give I have never experienced anywhere else. A special thank you to David who made check in easy and smooth and ensured we had everything we needed at breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

  Can't fault it,booking accessible room but due to a maintenance problem were allocated another room .The staff were so kind and helpful, especially David and Sharon. You should be proud to have members of staff like these,10 out 10.Thanks John and Cathie

  It’s typical premier inn. We are here for 6 days and there is no where in the room to put clothes so you live out of the suitcase. It’s comfortable and clean and you request room cleaning when convenient so no problem there. There is a Toby Carvery on the site and all you can eat breakfast is £6.99 and £2.99 for bottomless tea and coffee. We haven’t tried the PI restaurant. There is a nearby bus service but a car is essential I would say.
