  Haved stayed here numerous times over the past 6 years or so and have never been disappointed, the rooms are always clean and the beef eater breakfast is suffice if you're using it as a stop off before a drive, competition, or just exploring the area.

  Booked this hotel for my parents and they are having the worst experience. The price was almost £3000 for a tiny room , no phone in the room. Breakfast paid for separately, no washcloths for guest to shower with (might be a cultural/race thing) as that part doesn’t seem to be common here ….. but i digress and when ordering outside food, they refuse to call you ,one because there’s no phone and two they won’t come up to let you know your food is here. They refuse to take it as well for you making it where the food had to be taken back to the restaurant and remade and my mother had to stay in the lobby for 30 mins to wait for it … obviously no UK number as they are only visiting so couldn’t call and there is NO available number for the hotel expect the reservation line … WORST HOTEL WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND!

  You can't really go wrong with Premier Inn. We arrived very late, and albeit a little frazzled after a 7hr journey and found the gentleman at the reception (can't remember the name!) was incredibly helpful, especially when it came to confirming how to pay for parking and also informing us that it was free to park after 7pm. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for us, with lots nearby within walking distance. My only slight complaint is that we had initially requested a cot at booking but this was not set up for us, but luckily we'd taken our own.
