Booked two rooms with my parents and room was smelling and carpet was dirty and kettles looks like they are not cleaned in months. When checked in staff was giving me towels to take it myself inspite of seeing I was holding lots of luggage. Very rude receptionist and who seems least bothered and keeps talking either on video call or with one other staff.

Quite dated but isn't bad. Food is ok.

Little bit out-dated as Premier inns go. No USB or power sockets next to bed, hotel still uses old fashioned keys rather than key-cards and the shower was a bit lacklustre. Having said that is one of the few premier inns I've stayed in which provided both a fan and extra pillows without being requested and probably one of the only hotels I've stayed at in Scotland where the television worked flawlessly. Shame about the Norway result. Lots of food options within walking distance.
