  Great for saving money with kids if going to Legoland. 25 to 30 min away from Legoland by bus. Room was great and had air-conditioning, clean and enought space for 5 with pram included. Room was cleaned everyday as requested. Breakfast staff were amazing and catered to allergies. Staff overall were brilliant and everyone smiling. For the price and location, this hotel is an excellent stay for family with kids. Thank you Premier Inn

  Had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Slough. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, courteous, and professional. A special and heartfelt mention goes to Angel at reception, who truly stood out and made my stay even more memorable. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, cheerful, and always ready to help. Her genuine warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service left a lasting impression and are a credit to the hotel. She consistently greeted guests with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt valued and looked after. I would also like to thank Rasifa, Nevita, Larisa, and Maria for their kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude. Their teamwork and dedication contributed greatly to the pleasant atmosphere and excellent service throughout my stay. The only aspect that could be improved is the parking management, which would benefit from a more organised and streamlined system. Apart from this minor issue, my experience was excellent, and I would happily recommend Premier Inn Slough to anyone seeking comfortable accommodation and outstanding hospitality.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Slough. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. A special mention to Angel at reception, who was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile. Her excellent customer service made the experience even better and left a great impression. Only thing I didnt like was the parking management should sort it out

  A lovely little hotel with real character. It’s not super luxurious, but it feels warm and welcoming. The decor is charming and the breakfast feels homemade rather than mass-produced. Perfect if you want something cosy and personal rather than corporate.

  Strongly Not recommended!!!!!!!!!! We booked hotel from 26 May to 31st May 2026 by one of our family member who is presently working same hotel on another location. 2nd day we requested room cleaning bht no one came 3rd day on 28 May we informed reception again for room cleaning but no one came till 1245 Hrs. I went on reception to inquire and there was a guy name Justin who claimed that he is the owner of Premier inn hotel chain. When i informed Justin regarding the issue Justin replied with very rude behavior and even was not able to understand and not allowing me to tel him the matter. Justin said that he may create a trouble for the employee who did our reservation. Further Justin immediately canceled the booking without giving any prior notice. One of hotel staff told me that Justin just joined hotel and came from Bangladesh as a shift supervisor and and it was surprising for me because Justin said that he is the owner of the Hotel. I suggest the real management of the hotel please teach their staff the basic manners of Hospitality and when Hotel management is hiring staff like Justin from abroad they should check eligibility and required education which should meet International Hotel standards. Otherwise People like Justin will ruin the business. I am planning to take a legel action against hotel and my solicitor in Slough is working on it.
