Beds are sooo comfy . Was a 24 hour bar and pizza . Only issue was the price of the breakfast was increase on the morning we were leaving but the price was not changed on the boards and was only made aware when we were about to have breakfast . Parking was great and very secure . Staff was lovely and helpful .
Fabulous welcome from the receptionist, great service from Joe and Sam in the restaurant, nice food good house wine.
Bar staff later professional.
Breakfast was absolutely spot on, Ellie hard working calm when busy, credit to all your staff from receptionist to housekeeping.
Many thanks.

Had a great stay with my boyfriend on Parklife weekend. Staff was very nice, Joe specially helped us with our luggage storage and parking, he was very helpful and polite. We didn’t use the restaurant but it looked like a nice space. Also very good location near city centre with parking on site. Would definitely return.
Stayed here for a work trip for three nights. It's in a good location, near the medieval quarter and five minutes or less from the Arndale shopping centre. Victoria Station is only five minutes away, or Piccadilly is about a 20 minute walk away. It was a quiet hotel, got a decent night's sleep, and the area is quite quiet. The rooms are very outdated though. I had a very big room (which was nice) but it was very old decor in there. The headboard had bits missing, there were holes in the wall, the light on the mirror didn't work, the hair dryer was very bad, the chair was stained, the desk had lots of marks and scuffs, and the carpet was not the premier inn purple but more of a brown. The bathroom was very small and dimly lit, and the water pressure wasn't great. The sink tap kept going boiling hot at random times even when it was turned to cold, and the shower was the same. The bath is quite narrow and it's a waterfall shower head. The bathtub is quite slippy so be careful. If you want any new toiletries or towels, you'll need to ask at reception. There were tags for room cleaning but mine never happened. It's self check in downstairs or sometimes a staff member might be there. The breakfast was okay, staff were polite and friendly. It was 33 degrees when I went and they said they didn't have air con, but the room did stay pleasantly cool. Only one dodgy window though that could open, if needed. The windows and surfaces were quite grimy. Work paid for it but I don't think it was worth the price, with how outdated it was.
All self checking, no personal touch. The machine would not recognise our qr code, an we were aimlessly waiting around not knowing what to do. The staff that were there (Which seemed to be very few) were absolutely lovely! Couldn't find where to have dinner, nobody to check us in for breakfast. The room was nice, big and clean, but could do with some updating. We always stay at premier inns (and had stayed in 3 different ones the 3 previous nights) but this has to be the worst experience ever! Not helped by the fact that someone on our floor ( we were floor 4 room 411) was smoking dope and you could smell it everywhere! If I smell it, it makes my lips very itchy and swell, so 2 hours after I am still suffering! But again no staff to tell them this.
