  As you walk into the entrance the staff were very friendly, polite & accommodating. I’d give them 10/10. However, Sadly our room smelt of mould as you walk through the door. The shower is ok, it was fixed and didn’t move, but the floor was getting soaked because the shower curtain was shockingly crap & because I have mobility issues it made the it dangerously slippy. The bed sheet and bottom fitted quilt kept coming off & had to keep getting out of bed to refit them. Room however was clean. I’d give 4/10. The location was 6 miles out of Shrewsbury town centre. So not to bad a drive in and out. The breakfast was cooked to order freshly, but continental breakfast was poor. We won’t be back.

  Had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want when you’re away from home. A special thank you to Uzma, Kate, Daisy, and Sam, vicky and Nat for their exceptional service. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond really made the stay memorable. It’s rare to come across a team so genuinely helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

  Would have given 5 stars but for chaos at breakfast, Gareth and Kate are a credit to the hotel, first class from them, will definitely recommend this hotel.

  Great friendly premier inn, fiid good and rooms as always spacious enough with adequate working space
