  I go up to Telford for a at least 5 days every month and have been doing so for well over a year. I’ve always stay here. All staff I’ve interacted with are extremely helpful and friendly. I do have autism and can appear awkward. Also due to ADHD I need things broken down so it’s simple (especially after a workday) which the staff are happy to do. The manager Sam is a wonderful woman. I sometimes have to stay longer than anticipated (like this weekend) and she explained what to do with my two bookings and sorted out my meal deal (also the room to make sure I had to and didn’t have to check out when the first booking was over). The room is comfortable with air con and a window that can be open. The area around is quiet and I’ve found WiFi stable. Next door is a Beef Eater. Location wise it’s near the train station and not far from shops. I’d also say the view is quite nice. Plenty of parking as well. I do highly recommend Premier Inn Telford Central if you are looking at a place to stay.

  Lovely to have air con during the heatwave. Slept better here than we were doing at home. Great meals in Beefeater next door. Our visit was to go to Blists Hill which is less than 5 miles away.

  Easy to access by car, can walk into town for supermarkets and restaurants. Usual standard of rooms and quiet ones on top floor. Lift was out of action for all 5 days.

  The heavy set lady who works in the beef eater is always very rude if you ask for a menu at the bar rather than booking a table
