  Brilliant short stop in Oswestry on way back from Tenby to Holmfirth. The star of the show was Alfie. Courteous and helpful on reception offering a dinner breakfast deal. Then saw him working again for our evening meal, still smiling and helpful and then again this morning for breakfast when I asked him for a photo to give credit where credit is due although I don’t appear to have a place on this review for him. Five stars Alfie. Every business should have an Alfie 👍🏻

  Rooms a in need of a refresh, however clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful, especially Alfie who went out of his way to meet our needs. We will be returning.

  A perfect stay in a premier plus room. Close to restaurants as well as onside restaurant. Can highly recommend the "OK Diners" milkshakes and food was ok too. Starbucks and KFC here too but did not try. Morrisons just down the road, for snacks and extras. Would stay again.

  Same as just about every other Premier Inn around the country. You know what youre going into. Absolutely nothing to complain about whatsoever. Had a great sleep which is most important.

  Stayed here for 2 nights recently had a bad nights sleep on first night on 2 nd floor because of noisy neighbours slamming doors and bathroom extractor fan faulty I complained first thing in the morning next day they moved my room and wasn't willing to give any type of refund and I was informed I should of complained the same night even it was midnight. Good night sleep my foot not impressed .Update I have already contacted customer relations straight after my stay and they were no help either
