  Fantastic size family room, spacious, clean & very relaxing, just what we needed after getting back from our holiday! Plenty of brew tackle available 👌🏼 team very pleasant and welcoming, especially John who made our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible! He's a credit to this premier inn 👏🏼 x

  Very satisfied with both the room and service here the guy at reception John was very friendly and helpful and was able to give us the best advice for getting to and from Liverpool and Anfeild would definitely stay here again

  Room was nice couldn’t get room below 22 degrees even though outside was 13 degrees possibly well insulated. for some reason fire alarm went off during the night and had to evacuate was never informed why or apologised to my young kids were scared and cold. On an industrial estate but can’t fault for this as I knew before I booked it. Breakfast was nice but if you pay cash for room bring correct money there funny about giving change and even though I found almost the correct money after searching and said keep the 1p change she still had to tell me she would need to find 99p as float must be right. Breakfast was the usual nice self service premier inn breakfast I like.

  On arrival it was realised that I had booked the wrong night. John at Reception was absolutely brilliant and sorted out everything so we were able to stay after all. We also had.dinner.in the restaurant which was delicious. Would definitely recommend!
