  Martin and Kate were exceptionally pleasant this evening We are a large team from Newcastle and we were taken care with ease from the 2 guys. Made our stay fun with the young children of the team too. Keep up the great work and service 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  This location is a bit older than many other Premier Inns but it is very clean and well kept throughout and the staff are faultless. For a family stay next to the arena this is ideal.

  Our experience was very positive. We’d booked a family room, found ourselves up on the top floor in a Premier Plus room that was very spacious and well appointed, great bathroom - not sure why we got this room, perhaps because the hotel was busy (Gladiators being filmed), but not complaining! We went to breakfast at 8.30 and got straight to a table, could see the staff working extra hard as it was busy, but the hot food and drinks were never running empty and they were turning tables round as quickly as they could when guests finished (when we left at 9.15 there was quite a queue to get in to breakfast so our tip would be head down early). The room itself was very quiet, didn’t notice any road noise, good location. Don’t forget to pay for parking at the terminal by reception when you arrive.

  Sorry guys you dropped a star for having PG Tips tea bags! I expect them when we go across the Pennines but not here in Yorkshire. Do better. Very comfortable rooms and perfect for the arena.
