  We spent one night at this hotel, and it was truly the right choice. The room was very spacious and clean, overlooking the hotel's back garden; everything was tidy and well-kept. The staff were wonderful—both at the reception and in the restaurant. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. As for breakfast, it was a buffet that included everything one could need. I certainly recommend staying here if you are looking for comfort and quality food. Well done.

  Another return-visit made this weekend - a 2-night stop to attend a family event a short drive away. We love returning here as the location is great - close to the lake for nature, exercise, or gentle stroll, and there's also Potterick Carr Nature Reserve extremely close by, which we make a point of visiting each time we come, and they also have a great café! Speaking of good food places, we highly recommend Highfield Social, and Rustic Pizza, both just a few minutes walk/drive away); there's also Morrison's supermarket, plus other usual chain choices in the adjacent retail park. Each time we return, the staff are so friendly, polite, helpful and kind - both reception and cleaning staff. This time was a first for us to stay in a Premier Inn Plus room, which are really spacious, smart and luxurious, and very good value for the extras that they provide. We were impressed at how, when we had a problem, it was dealt with straight away. This is, by far, the best Premier Inn we stay at.

  All good here no issues, the reception staff are very courteous and polite (girl with glasses and girl with big blonde hair) fantastic. I will be back.

  We stayed in the new Annexe, it was spotlessly clean and tidy. The room had air-conditioning and lift access. Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Lots of free parking. We will definitely be back.
