£36 1 night for a family of 3, including free breakfast, what a bargain!
Even during the heatwave, it was fine without air conditioning thanks to the fan, the room was 23°C.
I have to praise a waiter from Hong Kong. He had a warm smile, was very helpful, and addressed me by my surname at first sight. He even said he’d been waiting for us for ages, making us feel as though family were waiting for us to come home, so warm.
He was incredibly hardworking, on the front desk at night, serving us breakfast in the morning, and cleaning rooms with a vacuum when we checked out.
Whenever I had a problem, he immediately got the manager to help, and the manager was equally action-oriented, resolving it without hesitation.

I had a pleasant stay at Premier Inn Sheffield/Barnsley. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a relaxing night's sleep. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around. While the service could be a little more attentive at times, the overall experience was very good. I'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel.

AVOID at all costs. This is the worst Premier Inn I've ever visited, I'd rather have slept in my car. It looks completely abandoned; the restaurant and bar are closed down, boarded up, and grown over like some nuclear wasteland, so there's nowhere to escape your stifling hot room. There's no aircon, and whole place is a sauna. I stayed on a fairly cool June day and my room was 27 degrees at 7pm. Staff at the desk just fobbed me off with a complaints number. Unsurprisingly, Premier Inn just reeled off their policies, and the fact that AC was technically never advertised. Their 'Good Night Guarantee' is an absolutely worthless marketing gimmick. I checked out of my room after an hour of sweating in my dingy room, and drove to another hotel. £70 down the drain at The Premier Inn Chernobyl.

1star before we even get to the hotel, need to know vital information which isn’t on the website but you phone up, virtual assistant, who doesn’t understand what you are saying and no one ever answers the phone, Found out it doesn’t have Aircon and we are having a heatwave so just need to know if there’s fans in the room, Unfortunately, you just can’t speak to anyone typical Prmier Inn really
