  Not the worst premier inn, but it does feel a bit run down. If arriving on foot, it's easy to get a bit lost and come through a very dodgy car park. Hardly saw any staff, automatic check in and out was pretty easy TBF. Breakfast is cooked to order and was nice. Room was tired and sink was blocked shut, but the bed itself was clean and comfy. Was nice and quiet.

  I booked the wrong day by accident and they swapped it on arrival no extra charge carnt ask for any more than that Thank you to Sammy and Harrison for looking after me x

  Staff are great and bed was clean and comfortable, but in room 101 the toilet was dirty, half the ceiling lights and none of the bedside lights worked and the deskside lamp has wires hanging out of it. Not up to usual standard sadly.

  We've stayed here 4-5 times over the past year but it's been worse each time. The room was cold and dirty and the decor looks worn. The dining room has been redone--it looks nice but it's not where the money should have been invested.

  Very poor stay here. Totally understaffed. The guys there are doing their best but it’s impossible for them to run a full hotel. Breakfast service was shambolic, no tables, when eventually seated after 15 mins wait, there were no plates, or cutlery, didn’t matter though as there was no food for a further 15 mins wait. No orange juice, no butter, most of the jams depleted. When some hot food arrived, it had to be served on side plates, nothing else available. After our day out we thought it would be nice to relax in the bar. Think again. 15:30 and it’s closed. Not even allowed to sit in there until 17:00, so we took a cab to a local pub, as did many others. The next evening we decided to have the evening meal as we were tired. Big mistake. Deep fried wings served COLD in the Center, health hazard! Sent back. Chicken burger served on stale dry bun, not even any butter to attempt to soften it! Premier Inn are generally ok, however this branch lets the brand down massively!
