Called in at the wetherspoons for food and drinks did not have to wait long for the food, there was plenty of seating available and no problem parking the car.

Hotel the same as every other premier inn when inside. Comfortable beds and adequate amenities. This one is right next to a Weatherspoons for cheap meals and drinks during your stay. Car park exit signage and road markings could be clearer.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The place looked shabby and in need of tlc. Our room was superficially clean enough but the details told a different story. There was some rubbish left over from the previous occupant and then there were the curious stains on the curtains.... The bathroom was a bit gritty with peeling paint etc.

Room was so hot ring road out side so window was shut. Its okay they provide a fan but dont look at to closely, not exactly clean. Bed linen was marked. Whole place was old and shabby. The new premier inn breakfast experience was okay but will give the scrambled egg a miss(yuk). Front desk staff good. But massive credit to the girl in the social at breakfast she was busy trying hard and was very good with customers well done. In general would avoid in future. Sorry premier inn you have lost your ways.

6th Sept '26. Our 1st time in a PI. Just brilliant! Room spotless, comfy mattress and a great layout for my wife and I. All this topped off with really lovely staff. Special mention for Lizzie this evening who sorted us some soya milk for the Earl Grey tea they had. We'll be back and will highly recommend. Thanks again Lizzie and all 👍
