  As we arrived we was told to come back an hour later but check in was 3pm. to get to our room and there was no facilities for my six month old child. meaning a mini fridge, I was told reception could hold anything that needed refrigerating. There is no air conditioning as stated. There was one fan as it was turned on the dust and dirt that come off of it was disgusting I ended up opening the door and pointing and cleaning it myself as it was facing the main hallway. The noise up and down there upstairs hallway was so unsettling to my family an other's. There was a argument at the back off the hotel on friday that last some time but not hotel personnel at the same or telling anyone to be quiet. The monday we was leaving my partner and Child was outside the main doors. He packed out side the main door as we was leaving that morning. yes he parked in front of a disabled parking bay but, no one was in the car an wasn't blocking the car from leaving. After two trips back to the room to collect our stuff he Returned to our car to be abruptly greeted by a man in his car, he could happily get out of the space. Telling my partner to hurry up he's in a rush,,,,,, no please. Very rudely and then proceeded to pull his car up to our passenger doors whilst my child was around the car, with that my partner then knowledge this rude man, And ultimately a verbally altercation happened. to wear myself went outside and then the hotel reception staff followed to which they didn't help the situation. They further entitled the man that had caused the situation. my partner would have happily moved if he wasn't approached so rudely. but then we moved our car for the man to leave, even though he could get out......For then to come back outside an the employee Daryl or dean to park he's red Aldi in the customers disabled parking bay. To then Other customers approached me saying that was so wrong and then for him to come and park his car are they taking the p***. then Darrell to refuse to give me a refund for our breakfast that we did not end up having, after I had asked the manager of beef eater to kindly,, which he did! come to Premier Inn reception to let them know that we had not had breakfast that morning. the very rude receptionist darrell then replied I will do it in my own time. I ask why he was being so difficult, too he's respons was because I CAN. as I took his name and walked out with no refund. he then proceeded to chase me outside and Shout at me saying what's my room number and I only have one adult breakfast on my rooms reservation but we had been there for three nights and had breakfast both mornings. I hope premier inn lowerstoft get back to me. With a response a refund and a apology. I also hope no more of your customers have to deal with the disrespect and rudeness of Darrell again... I may have got he's name wrong. Stayed from 14th till the 17th of August 2026

  Curtain fell first day. Shower didint work properly as water was flying out the bottom of the taps which meant less power. Sheets all had stains on. Waste of money first and last time from us. Also we booked for 3rd August and paid but changed to 3rd September when kids start school this was not for a holiday but to see elderly parents. We had to change the dates and was charged £158 extra. Travellodge was £406 and a cottage was £472. We paid £468. Will not recommend and will pass on experience. Please don't message me with nonsense as already had a chat with the manager. Dont want to hear it.

  I have a daughter with additional needs and physical disability. I booked a room not realising they didn't have a lift. They relocated us to a ground floor no problems. Very friendly helpful staff
