Absolutely delightful staff, in both the reception and the restaurant, who are amazingly warm and friendly. The full breakfast here is particularly excellent (even compared to other Premier Inns we stayed at); freshly cooked for each hotel resident, and absolutely delicious. The only (slight) criticism is the poor internet reception, both from the PI’s free WiFi and from our mobile phone network. Presumably it’s because of the thickness of the walls and the geographical location. But other than that we really enjoyed staying here.

Rooms fine. Corridors grubby. Main travel route ok but big build up of dust around door frames in corridor. Breakfast - table sticky, spoons for yoghurt left in product, coffee machine not working so had to remind waiter and coffee waste bin lid jammed open. "Nice" view offered when making coffee. Disappointing. Your link won't open nevertheless my statement above explains everything. Nothing to add.

What can you say it was a Premier Inn, you know exactly what your going to get. It was a great hotel, well placed to visit. A lovely clean hotel, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Breakfast was in the Bernie Inn next door served by happy friendly staff. Will definitely use again

Stopped here the other weekend with friends doing a Steam Rally at Henham. Staff were so friendly & helpful. Rooms clean & tidy bed was so comfy & the bedding was clean. Went over to the pub for breakfast & that was delicious. Plenty of choice & the cooked breakfasts were lovely. Went in the bar for an evening drink. Very nice place to stay & on a good bus route 👌
