  Perfect stay! The room was spotless clean with great view to the marina, the staff was super friendly and helpful, just perfect perfect perfect! Will definitely come back.

  Decided to make a last minute booking on my travels. The gentleman on reception, sheldon was very helpful and rather polite which is a rare commodity now days. I made a mess up and requested a single instead of two separate beds. Upon arriving I explained it my my error as I made the booking hastily. Sheldon not only offered us a drink while we waited for the room to be ready but also offered us biscuits. The room itself had a view of the marina which was lovely. Could do with a bit of an update to the building and aircon. Maybe with the recent sale of the pub next door they might update the hotel, one can expect. All in all, good staff and nights sleep.

  Stayed for two nights for a family wedding. Staff were excellent. It was my birthday and the room had been trimmed and some sweets and other surprises left. Every question we asked was answered with a smile. We couldn’t ask for more. Only complaint would be the room was exceptionally hot. Not the staffs fault and they did provide us with 2 fans. Premier Inns really need to invest in air conditioning!!

  Nice welcome when arrived. Room good size and nice and clean. Good view onto the dock area. Drink machine and snacks. Or round corner greggs and Starbucks. Car park not bad size apart seam size of bay could be better. Do have restaurant next door. Here for couple days.

  Strong chemical smell in my room, gave me a headache and I felt queasy every time I returned to my room. The main hotel is rough around the edges, in need of a little tlc. Bed was worn and could use new mattresses. The toilet basin sealant looked like it had been applied by a toddler and just generally looked like it needed a deep clean. Overall, I would stay here if I absolutely had to, but it would not be a first choice.
