We had 3 rooms next to each other, for a big family anniversary, it was perfect, staff really welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Breakfast available at the restaurant on the same carpark, with great soft play area for the littles, and super helpful staff there too. Would definitely recommend and will book again.

Great location for the work I am carrying out this week. Just wanted to say what a warm welcome there was from Matthew on reception, he was very helpful in letting me know various places to dine in the area, and with myself staying 3 nights, also where various shops / supermarkets are if I needed to get anything during my stay. Matthew was very efficient, room sorted straight away and started my stay here as relaxed as possible. Room exceptionally clean as usual, will definitely be staying here again 👍

Stayed at the Premier Inn Ipswich South East and honestly, can’t really complain. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Slept so well I woke up genuinely confused about what year it was. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the A14, so getting around was easy. It does exactly what you want a great Premier Inn to do, give you a spotless room and a good sleep. No complaints whatsoever aside from having to leave for work! Would definitely stay again. 👍
