  Hotel a bit dated, but priced accordingly. Staff were excellent, from the reception staff to the guys sorting breakfast, really warm and super helpful

  The rooms are ok, the staff are friendly and helpful, but there's no AC and the fans don't do much when it's hot at night.

  Usual Premier Inn experience but the shower was awful. Just a dribble. Restaurant next door very good.

  came over for the weekend room expectations poor hand prints everywhere , cobwebs everywhere the shower pressure was horrible also stunk of sewers next morning got bedbugs poor sanitation

  After a rather fraught journey we arrived earlier than check-in time but the reception team couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. They had no problem with us sitting in the restaurant lounge area until our room was ready and they even made us tea & coffees. Our room was spotless and spacious. The bed was comfy and the pillows amazing. We had a great sleep and woke up relaxed and refreshed. We'd chosen the traditional breakfast option and we were pleased with that, too. Lovely fresh fruit salad, granola & yoghurt, followed by perfect poached eggs! Big thanks to the reception team, especially Emily & Kelcey and the breakfast host, Justin. Tammy from Housekeeping was an absolute star, too. Thank you all for looking after us so well. x
