  More or less what you'd get from most premier inns in terms of quality and is well positions in Bury St Edmunds for people visiting.

  First time staying here and the evening staff on Wednesday 5th August were some of the best hotel staff we have ever met, fun and friendly and the head cook that evening was amazing and the food tasted so good!

  If you need silence to sleep, don’t stay here. The building has a known issue where the bathroom extracts are permanently on. The staff tried to help but knew there was nothing that could be done. Really should be told about this prior to staying as it’s incredibly unusual! Additionally the rooms are a bit tired with some dirt and marks. Loved the early and late check-ins though!

  Brilliant Premier Inn with free parking. Really good location just off the A14. Starbucks in the carpark and Tesco supermarket next door and the centre of town is only a short walk.

  We stopped off for breakfast on the way home from a weeks holiday in Norfolk. I called ahead to ensure that would allow us to do this. Callum was very polite and assured us that we were welcome to pop in and that they would be able to accommodate us. When we arrived, we were greeted by Lisa who informed us that breakfast would finish in half an hour, which wasn't an issue for us. Good selection of continental breakfast, but not much of a selection of cooked items as we were nearing the end of service. Cellan (probably not spelled correctly, apologies) lovely lady in the kitchen made us fresh fried eggs, which was much appreciated. All in all a lovely stop off and made to feel welcome even though we only popped in and didn't have a booking. Thank you to the Premier Team.
