  We stayed the night here on our way home from Dorset. Our experience was poor, the hairdryer was faulty and after asking for a replacement they failed to provide one. The location is convenient but the surrounding area is not pleasant. The hotel itself was poorly kept, with fast food packaging left in the hallways and tables outside left uncleared. We were only provided with one room key so whenever one of us had to go to the car, the other had to come downstairs to let us back into the lift.

  The location is good staff are friendly. The rooms need more cleaning and so does the bathrooms. Other then that everything eles is OK. I've stayed at this hotel many times I feel it's going down hill the rooms use to be prestige.

  Great hotel next to shopping mall and supermarket. Well placed and kids friendly and convenient.
