The bath tube plug without the string or part to unplug, needed to find service to help to unplug everything. the bath curtain only have five hook and made it too short. Soft bed have vomited smell. and first morning, fire alarm ring to wake while hotel people up at 7 and we need to rush out the hotel and wait for the fireman come to check, at last found someone smoking in their room and tried to remove the smoke detector cause the issue. as have been to many premier Inn, sorry cannot recommend this one.

Room is beyond basic. Clean though so gets a couple of stars for that. Used to have a restaurant but it's now closed. No mention of that when booking. Its in the middle of nowhere so nothing to eat. Won't be coming back

Avoid Premier Inn West Bromwich town centre. This hotel would benefit from a refurbishment program . We stayed for 2 nights in September 26. The bedroom was in desperate need of a deep clean and the bathroom is a wreck. It is one of the worst Premier Inn’s we have stayed in and we have stayed in quite a few. We prepaid for breakfasts on both morning during our stay but were informed on our first morning that the restaurant will be closing permanently (it’s operated by an independent company) and the hotel will not provide a cooked breakfast on our 2nd day despite our having prepaid. My request for a refund was met with blank looks and on the 2nd day there was nobody available to discuss a refund or any other query for that matter. This is a poorly maintained and badly managed hotel. Be warned about prepaying for breakfasts with Premier Inn. I am determined not to be ripped off but finding it difficult to find someone who is willing to sort out a refund. I’m not giving up, you owe me Premier Inn!
