  Stayed here for one night as we were visiting Black Country Living Museum and Dudley Zoo and Castle over two days. Service was good and friendly. The rooms were fine, not dirty but what you might expect from a budget hotel- spiders/cobwebs in the ceiling corners, few marks on the shower curtain but again for one night I can live with it. My 5 year old was happy with his pull out/sofa bed. TV in the room had multiple channels. You could hear doors slamming shut along the corridor at all hours. It was quite hot in the room and a small fan was provided. Luckily we also brought our own fan. Lots of parking available outside. In a good location, 10-15 mins away from various retail parks, supermarkets and attractions. Breakfast was good with lots of variety and dairy free and vegetarian options. Would stay again if needed to :)

  Very good location, second time staying here for work and will use again. Great new rooms Going for premier plus rooms, good breakfast too and lovely staff.

  After an horrendous journey getting to Dudley we arrived very late to the hotel. But all the hotel were great the receptionist made sure we could get something to eat. The bar staff stayed on and made us feel very welcomed and the chef did us a lovely meal even though he could have left off work. Our room was lovely and we had a superb sleep. And it carried on at breakfast the staff were great and friendly and we had a good breakfast. Premier Inn Oldbury thank you for turning a rubbish day into a great stay.
