  I was incredibly disappointed with my stay here. The room was dingy, poorly lit, and felt completely outdated. Worse still, there was visible mould in the room, which is a serious health hazard. To top it off, the bathroom was in disrepair, with the bath panel completely knackered. I absolutely do not recommend staying here until major deep cleaning and renovations take place.

  Had a last minute check in with my parents, Pav on the reception was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble for him. Thank you so much Pav for looking after them.

  Michelle who works in the restaurant is a credit to the hotel. Works very hard and always has a smile on her face even though it seems she never leaves the place. From working breakfast to the evening shift; she conducts herself very well and is the reason why I had such an enjoyable stay.

  We were at a conference and chose Premier Inn as we use them regularly. We were in the older part of the hotel that hadn't been updated. The restaurant was very nice+the food choices the usual for Premier Inn. Jess, our hostess at breakfast was just st lovely. Couldn't have asked for a nicer or more helpful staff member. Have to say that Oldbury isn't a place I'd want to visit again+hotel was away from anywhere other than the Kentucky Fried Chicken! Without a satnav wouldn't have found the hotel but maybe that's just the West Bromwich area!
