  Genuinely a really nice hotel to stay in. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and we went during the heatwave so the air-conditioning unit was on all the time and we cooled right down. Within walking distance of KFC and Asda, all options were covered. My one criticism was that the breakfast isn't a buffet style and had to be ordered. When we have used Premier Inns around the country, usually you can head up as many times as needed, but an order needed to be made for breakfast each time. But the hotel itself was lovely.

  This property feels more like a motel than a hotel. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were always courteous and friendly whenever we interacted with them. However, the lack of basic hotel amenities was disappointing. There is no room service and no telephone in the room to contact reception if you need assistance. Every request requires a walk to reception, and on several occasions there was no one available there. The restaurant is located separately from the hotel building. While the food was acceptable, it wasn't particularly memorable, and I would choose to dine elsewhere if given the option. Hotel is conveniently placed around 20 mins drive from most tourist attractions in the area.

  Ideally located on a retail park, plenty of parking, clean rooms. Other than checking in, we didn't engage with the staff.

  Really nice Premier Inn. Room was immaculate, and had working AC. Lots of free car parking and shops, food places adjacent. Perfect base for Brecon Beacons hikes. What makes the difference - the lovely staff who went above to bring us hot chocolate and bath salts after our hike! Give your receptionist a raise ❤️
