Lovely friendly hotel with all the comforts you need for a great night's sleep and stay
Room have a lot of dust behind tv, cortins have a few holes. Air condition is a bad joke... blow only cold air. In a few nights was 10°C outside and we put AC at 24° and still blow cold air. In bathrom no toilet brush and no mobile shower.
Free wifinis another bad joke. If you want good internet have to pay £5 / day. Hotel don't have own parking. !!!! Is a public parcking where have to pay £12 /day or £70 for 7 days.
Easy access to high street where is most restaurants and bar.

This hotel is very tired, bleach on carpet in room, informed manager, there was no offer of moving rooms, or any other offer ,also the room was dusty, was told the rooms are dusted but it must have settled again 🤣🤣, did not eat there as quite worried about the standards.
There are plenty of places in town.
Windows are very dirty with green mold on the outside, not very attractive to look out of, the building itself is very dirty and run down, very poor, thankfully only had two nights here.
Will look elsewhere next time.
Good location, that's about it. Room was filthy, they no longer use humuns to vacuum and use a useless robot sweeper thing instead which is not suitable for a commercial environment. The carpet was covered in dirt, hair, food, bits of tissue etc, it was grim. Complained and someone did come up to vacuum but this should not have had to be done, a clean floor is a bare minimum. Robots do not replace people that can actually do the job. The mirrors and windows had not been cleaned for ages and were dirty, covered in grot and handprints. Hardly any staff about, the cut backs were obvious (see recent press articles). The room also absolute stunk as the windows do not open and the ventilation system barely worked. Unfortunately this is not unique and has been the same in all the Premier Inn's I have stayed in recently, the standard of them is now so poor... never again .
We booked a trip for our little one and stayed at this hotel.
Small layby outside to drop bags etc.
Parking is 3min walk to the multistorey car park (walk out of the hotel and turn right then left at the cross roads, walk 50yards or so and turn right about 50yards on your left is the multistorey car park. 24hrs is £10, can be very busy at peak times, for large suvs you will struggle in the small bays, but the side spaces against the walls will be adequate for the larger vehicles.
The immediate welcome was truly warm and welcoming by Ewan
Rooms were cosy and clean (4th floor family room).
Local beach and town was a stone throw away. Clear water and beautiful clean beaches.
Plenty of sweet shops for local specials.
Breakfast was grand. Cooked and continental options with choice of fruits and drinks like cranberry, apple and orange juice.
They cooked separately for vegetarian and vegan options so this was a massive plus. Highly reccomended for people who want that option.
Cant praise resteraunt staff Leah enough in tenby premier inn who went over and beyond to accommodate us. Special thanks and please pass our appreciation and gratitude to her, she is a asset to premier inn. Despite the fast paced environment her smile never went, her customer service skills are superb and worth a award.
Thank you again.
