  Car park is NOT free at this Premier Inn. Also, if you ask for a fan for your room, wait around until they source one for you, as they don't tell you if there isn't one available & leave you waiting in your room for someone never to actually turn up.

  Disgusting behaviour used towards my group and the group in front of us as we checked in by a lady at the front desk on Friday early evening on the 3rd of July. Service and respect is far from this individual’s capabilities and this company needs to have a close look at how their staff are treating their clients! We arrived to a room that had hair and wrappers on the table, 1 towel and face cloth for 2 of us to use for 3 days and the room was not what we had prepaid for however we were advised based on availability there was nothing that could be done to rectify these issues. The Restarant was dirty and people were vaping inside where others were eating. Based on this and a lot of additional 1 star reviews I would make premier inn oxford your last choice for accommodation.

  Great location on the outskirts of Oxford. Plenty of parking available as well.

  This was, without doubt, the best Premier Inn we have stayed in. Reception was easy and very pleasant, the room was comfortable and adequately supplied with all the trimmings. It was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was superb and the service excellent. We couldn't wish for anything better, especially when the bus stop to and from the city was just outside the Hotel. We're in Cambridge next weekend - I hope it is as good as this one. Thank you to everyone....

  I've stayed in plenty of Premier Inn's and usually have a pleasant stay and a comfortable bed. This hotel however was very tired and in desperate need of renovation. The hotel is spread over two buildings so you walk down miles if corridors. Like another reviewer, I was unfortunately on the side of the Eastern bypass and was disturbed by the annoying metal drain that cars drive over, this has not been addressed and should be. I would not recommend staying here.
