  I booked the premier Plus room. The room wasn't as nice or spacious like the other premier in that I have stayed in and the bed side table looks dusty. The bathroom basin was a little bit dirty. The corridors and main entrance of the hotel was filthy. I was so disappointed! I believe the building is new so it's such a shame that the hotel is looking like it's not well maintained. I was not impressed at all. The location is perfect and right opposite the Westgate and easy access to the town and restaurants!

  Great location with ok rooms, not the greatest cleanliness, spot on for location. Have stayed in a lot of premier inns the Premier plus rooms are much nicer everywhere else. The front desk staff are excellent. It was ok for 1 night wouldn't choose for a longer stay, for what they are charging its not value for money at all

  We had a wonderful stay! The absolute highlight was the air conditioning. We visited during a period of extreme heat and high humidity, and having a perfectly cool room made all the difference. The AC wasn't even mentioned much in other reviews, but it was a lifesaver! One thing to note for future guests: our room had a bathtub. I'm not sure if they have rooms with just walk-in showers, which might be important to know for elderly travelers or anyone dealing with physical pain who might struggle to step into a tub.

  Excellent séjour au Premier Inn d’Oxford. L’hôtel était très agréable, confortable, bien situé et parfaitement adapté pour découvrir la ville. Une mention particulière à Julie, à la réception, qui a été adorable avec nous. Toujours souriante, bienveillante, disponible et très professionnelle, elle nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à elle et à toute l’équipe. Merci Julie ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Naïm et Yves

  The hotel is ideally situated : not too far from the train station and about 5minutes by foot from the tourist spot! The Westgate shopping center is directly in front of it and some pub and restaurant are all around it. The check in process was annoying as it needed to be done on screen that barely worked. The hostess eventually did our check in herself. The room was nice enough, very comfy bed. The view is not exceptional but is still nice (we had a view on a little house with interesting architecture). The shower could have been more cleaned. The white draps on the windows are not correctly secured on the wall and fell on me…
