  Sadly this is the worst premier inn we have stayed at. I don’t like saying that, but there was a nasty smell along the corridor on level 2 and in the room. Cleaning wasn’t up to the usual standard and was very dusty especially round the bed. Felt stifling and affected my breathing. The only positives were Comfortable bed Breakfast Parking

  We stayed here for 2 nights . The location is amazing,you can walk to the little town in a few minutes. The staff are nice . The room however is not. You cannot open any windows and the air con is set at 19. I hate to point out the obvious but you generally set your heating to 19 not air con. We were given a fan and then another one and they done absolutely nothing. This in my opinion is a hygiene and fire hazard. You need air to let out germs out and god knows what would happen if there was a fire.Our room even with air con on sat at 26 degrees. I couldn't wait to check out.

  Great stay and excellent service I had a very enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn Chipping Norton. The hotel was clean, comfortable and exactly what I needed, with the usual good standard you expect from Premier Inn. A special mention has to go to Laura, who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Nothing seemed too much trouble and she made me feel very welcome. Her helpful and approachable attitude really made a difference. Overall, a very good stay and I would happily stay here again.

  Upon arrival the carpark was busy in the late evening. We parked 2 motorbikes together. When we parked, we noticed we had to pay for our parking. £5.50 X 2 for 2 nights £22. This isn't even secure parking. This is shown on the website so that is fair, however I think its very cheeky considering we payed £400 for 2 nights per room and we got 2 rooms £800!!! When i went to check in they have an automatic check in kiosk, doesn't work for our address. Where is the lovely welcome? Eventually a staff member came to help and was very helpful and polite. The room was hot, and could turn the AC down further than 19C or open a window. There is not bottles water in the room, there is a kettle and tea/coffee however this has to be filled from the bathroom sink? Ehm no thanks. The shower gel was empty in the bathroom and the room wasn't serviced while we were out. The only thing good here is the location. But unfortunately I wont be returning.

  Please do not stay here. The rates are fairly cheap, but they are not worth it. They advertise that they have air conditioning in all rooms, but this is not the case. The air conditioning does not work. They will offer you a fan, but it won’t help. The windows don’t open and your room will be an uncomfortable temperature. They know this and even have signs in reception about getting a fan (omitting that they advertise air conditioning as being available in all rooms when it isn’t). We had an extremely uncomfortable night in this hotel. If air conditioning or fresh air is important to you, I urge you to go elsewhere and not suffer at this hotel in the same way we did.
