  Arrived on Monday night, not aware restaurant was closed. We had a room on level 1 which was very clean and tidy. Unfortunately the floor was very creaky and the air conditioner unit gurgled like you had just emptied the bath. Not great when it's warm and you cannot open a window. Plus the room above us sound like they were learning to line dance. Would not rebook.

  From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Staff were friendly, welcoming and super efficient. Especially Casmin !!! Lovely guy very Very helpful with things to do around chipping Norton, Easy to talk too, lots of knowledge!! The room was spotlessly clean, modern and quiet – the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving a great night’s sleep. Facilities were well-maintained, and breakfast had plenty of choice with fresh, tasty food. Great value for money and ideal location. Will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommended to everyone.

  We had a lovely stay during our time in the Costwolds. Stuart was so lovely and helpful when we had an issue and helped with our stay. Great service! And the breakfast chef was lovely also. Such a friendly team Thank you Stuart for making our holiday extra special
