  Excellent service. Talia working the Reception Desk was amazing. I was booked to stay but arrived after having been involved in a road collision and my car being written off. It was also a busy teatime on a Friday night. She couldn’t do enough to help me. Excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful and made a world of difference. Tali’s was a great Ambassador for the brand. Superbly clean comfortable rooms. Fresh, tasty breakfast. I can’t thank the Middlesborough Central Premier Inn Team enough. 5 stars. Thank you 👍🏻😊

  Needed stay struggling with mental health after been assessed at roseberry park and turned away the team at the premier in were better. Jaz great addition to the breakfast team kind and great attention. Tanya was also great very accommodating

  Have stayed in an accessible room on several occasions and have always found the room and ensuite perfectly clean. Extra pillows appreciated. Friendly and courteous staff on each visit. Great cooked breakfast made to order.

  This is our first stay in a Premier Inn and we have been surprised how welcoming and exceptional the service is. The receptionist on arrival was welcoming and explained everything to us what we needed to know. The breakfast was excellent, food and service, so much so that the poached eggs were done to the highest standard by 2 chefs and impressed my wife, who can be fussy on her eggs! Service in the breakfast restaurant was superb, by all the staff, nothing too much trouble. We decided to stay a further night and the receptionist made this extra stay so easy and simple to do, nothing was too much trouble. We were even able to stay in the same room, so this became hassle free. The manageress even went above and beyond to put right my stupidity and put together a fan, even though it was my fault the air con was on the heating section! This was soon rectified and my red face soon cooled! All the staff from the manageress, rececptionists, breakfast staff, front of house and chefs to the housekeeping couldn't make our stay any better. We would recommend to stay at this Premier Inn and we will be coming back when we are next in Middlesbrough visiting family again.
