Wow now I’m not a premier inn kind of person normally, however this particular one exceeds any exceptions I may have had.
The room I had was amazing #506 and the staff I saw were great. Especially Monica and the hotel manager. Monica’s smile was putting everyone in such a great mode I’m sure.
Thank you

Staff were very friendly, but so disorganised, especially at the evening meal, waited a long time between courses. Seemed to be a lot of new starters who didn't know what they should be doing. When the concert finished the few bar staff were also unable to cope with the influx or people. Still a nice hotel, I will still return.
Premier Inn Leeds City Centre (Leeds Arena) was a very comfortable and supportive place to stay, especially while preparing for an important career breakthrough interview.
The room gave me a quiet, elegant space to focus, with a calming purple wall, a comfortable bed, a practical table, and enough room to work properly. I was able to sit with my laptop, coffee, notes, and my little bear, thinking clearly, solving technical questions, and producing high-quality memos. I felt genuinely supported during a meaningful moment in my career journey.
I also really enjoyed the British breakfast. The hash browns, mushrooms, various sauces, cranberry juice, and cups of coffee were exactly what I needed to start the day with energy and concentration. It felt simple, warm, and reliable.
A lovely stay in Leeds, with a calm atmosphere, friendly service, and everything needed for both rest and preparation.

Not much to say after the five stars. This is a great place to stay, breakfast is the classic Premier Inn £10.99 offering, which is always amazing. Easy walking distance to various city centre venues. Plenty of amenities nearby, from the arena to supermarkets. Room clean and well appointed. Can recommend.
