  Lovely clean hotel with welcoming and helpful staff - food in restaurant was good, though service was a little slow at breakfast the following morning which wouldn't usually be a problem but I needed to get going for work. Plenty of parking and a good nights sleep.

  The hotel is under renovation, the restaurant is in the old bar and not enough room for everyone to eat. Some food complaints by other people didn't help us

  Was a bit dubious after reading some of the previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Booked a premier plus room and it was spacious, quiet and clean. Comes with a mini fridge and complimentary water, mini chocolate bars and pod coffee machine and there was a fan in the room. Located right next to a station so you can catch a train into Harrogate or it's a pleasant 30 minute walk through residential areas and a park. Lots of building work going as they refurb the hotel but only used the hotel as a base so had no impact on our stay. Plenty of free parking. Nice Italian restaurant right next door. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

  Worst premier inn I've been to. Room came with wasps nest and filthy bathroom..bathing next to encrusted manky from previous guests on tiles grout and filthy skirting boards. Next room had the stinkiest bathroom and biggest black gunge at bottom of taps I've seen....dont go
