  No aircon, only portabl fans that they brought in for the heatwave. Windows on 2nd floor only able to crackmopwn so no ventilation. Worst part was the rooms was located next to a Park and Ride carpark where joyriders were racing and rev'ing all night.

  It was 30 degrees in the heat wave wed thurs last week ,they were obviously short staffed at night and if we were too hot in the restaurant thay must have been a furnace in the kitchen ,they fed us both nights ,not to long a wait but the rooms are really good with air con ! So all in all really good stay ,breakfast was good

  Great hotel, very friendly and helpful reception staff. Needed extra pillows which was not a problem and sorted very quickly. Very clean family room, plenty of space. It was a little walk from reception area up to first floor, it's a deceptively large hotel. Good nights sleep, didn't hear a thing. Plenty of parking, remember to validate it though to avoid parking fine. Restaurant next door was great, good choice of food which we took back to room. Breakfast was of the usual high standard when staying at most Premier Inns. Would definitely use again if passing through the area.
