  Standard Premier Inn. Few staff covering multiple jobs. Rooms at the back of the hotel suffered with very loud noise from equipment, especially on lower floors and with windows open due to outside temperature. Bring ear plugs.

  Lovely hotel come every time I go Nottingham this time I had a bad experience went to charge my phone someone unscrewed the usb electric plug both sides was broke not good wants some work to the place here and there but overall had a good evening cheers

  Recently popped in to have breakfast as Iv stayed here numerous times before! I come here as the staff are so lovely and helpful! Nothing is to much trouble, especially Ray and Nicola 😊 will always go that extra mile to make you’re stay that much better

  There is a little bit of noise from trams. But I knew there was trams outside when booking Adam was nice enough to ask his colleagues to put me in a quiet room this is my second visit and it’s been great again. Breakfast and dinner was amazing.

  This hotel is generally very nice, I have been a few times with my family and we came again for the beach in Nottingham. It was great fun and the team here were amazing especially Adam he always goes above and beyond. We love when Adam is in as he has a good convo with us and makes us feel welcomed everytime.
