  My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and polite staff member who got us sorted in no time. Our room was a premier plus room and was extremely comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee and bits. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was a good size as was the shower. Apart from a few specs of dust room was very clean. My only gripe and it is only minor and beared no impact on our stay was the air con was a little weak. Dont get me wrong, it still worked just took a little while. The bar/restaurant area was very, VERY good. Staff always on hand and polite, breakfasts were delightful. We had continental one morning and full english the next. We also had dinner here on second night and the food was delicious. Prices were very good for servings too. The staff members AK, Tef and Porscha deserve alot of praise, they made us feel very welcome and are very good at what they do. When we come back again to Nottingham, we will definitely be coming back here.

  Oda ne yazik ki cok tozluydu. Örümcek agi bile vardi. Carsaflar ve banyo temizdi. Detayli bir toz alinmasi gerekiyor. Gece toz soludugumu ve yuttugumu hissettim. Kahvalti kaliteliydi. Calisanlar ilgi ve güleryüzlüydü.

  Our room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The breakfasts were good with good variety although the staff member did apologise on our first morning as they didn’t have hash browns but that didn’t matter to us. They were on the menu this morning. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was near the the tram link that took you into the city centre and its attractions, so accessing the city was easy if you didn’t want to drive. Overall we had a nice time in Nottingham with a pleasant two night stay. We went to see Nik Kershaw at Rock City. We would definitely return and would definitely recommend a visit to the caves and Zaap Thai restaurant

  So I was pretty disappointed with my stay at this Premier Inn, especially as I booked a Plus room which is the premium type. 1) the waste bin was full from the previous guest. 2) the soap dispensers were all broken. 3) the room door lock was damaged and I had to barricade myself in. 4) the carpets were in a terrible state. 5) there was no one around to talk to the next morning.

  A really good stay at this Premier Inn, made excellent by Kirsty, one of the staff here. She was so friendly and helpful - just excellent. My 9 year old commented ‘she’s a really nice lady isn’t she daddy?’. I said ‘yes, she is’. Thank you Kirsty for making a standard stay at a Premier Inn an excellent one! We shall be back!
