Just put all 1 star as they sold me room with restaurant availability, nothing here at all! Such a shame as I used to stay here and restaurant served nice food. Now sitting in my van waiting for Dominos

had to move premier inns so ended up here what a run down & tired looking hotel restaurant closed noisy service doors in the corridor kept us awake all night so definitely NOT A GUARANTEED GOOD NIGHT's SLEEP but you won't get a refund or a credit for another room another time unless you complain in the middle of the night when your shattered you must do it there & then if not then nothing will be done to resolve your bad nights sleep. Baffled why they have a guarantee but don't uphold it for sleep deprived paying customers when it's their responsibility to keep rooms up to a standard (peeling hard plastic on desks) and fire doors to not bloody bang all night long.

Rooms are comfy, the beefeater next door is shut. My stay was made all the better by Audrey, from when we got here she was attentive and informative. With a lot of local knowledge Audrey told us of all the best restaurants locally and made sure we were well looked after.

Good distance to Silverstone if you are doing an event there. The staff wers super friendly and helpful, the beefeater has shut down but gave nice alternatives instead. The only let down was an extremely loud extractor fan in the bathroom whenever the light was on
