  We usually stay at Premier Inn but this was a huge letdown. The receptionist saw us, did not acknowledge us and carried on working - a minute later just saying the phrase 'name?' Room was dirty, damaged in places and the fan during the night was loud because the cage was broken. Overall, it needs a desperate overhaul.

  Had to complain about a guest going off his nut, screaming. Playing music. Bouncing off the walls you name it. Police called the lot. Brooke and Florin are champs with having to deal with that. 9 out of 10. For entertainment value. Would be the full 10 if the room wasnt so hot during the heat wave. Give them 2 a raise

  Good points - good staff, receptionist was excellent, breakfast lady was very pleasant, free parking. Not so good, no aircon, bathroom (214) needs a deep clean, plug only on one side of bed. I'm afraid my recent experience with Premier Inn is that they are frequently in need of refurbishment, they used to be pleasant places to stay, not so much these days.

  Very good location, plenty of parking, room clean and breakfast was very nice.All staff was nice and helpful but big shout out to Ania who was very helpful, very kind and making sure is enough food and making place sparkly clean. If I ever come up that way again this hotel will be defo my first choice.
