  Day of arrival minimal food in restaurant for dinner. On check in was asked if we wanted to book breakfast for our stay. 1st morning minimal food. 2nd morning no food. Unable to get refund as card machine not working. Worse premier inn experience ever

  Had a wonderful stay here. I'm disabled and had booked an accessible room with a wet room. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only issue was that the extractor fan was not working and one of the lamps was flickering . For breakfast they were amazing. My son has a severe peanut allergy. The lady serving , called Natalie, really gave amazing service. She went out of her way to cater for my son. Cleaned the table and menu, gave him seperate cups and cutlery and was so friendly. The cook, called AJ was brilliant and the food was lovely. Nothing was too much for Natalie. She deserves a medal. The other staff were very friendly and accomodating and the building was close to services and restaurants etc. The only thing I would say that could be better for accessibility is the hair dryers that are provided. They are very heavy and require you to press and hold the button constantly. Also the stretch cord made hair drying feel like a resistance band exercise. So the hair dryers aren't great for people with disabilities like mine. However my son felt safe there thanks to Natalie and we really appreciate all the effort. Thank you Natalie and AJ

  The only thing that brought ot down from 5 stars was the shower and extractor fan was broken in the disabled toilets. Shower worked but went hot and cold the extractor fan was totally not working. The restaurant was superb. Food was great and fast place was clean. We have a son with a severe peanut alergy and they was brilliant, made sure to wash everything and have no contact with the other foods or plates and such. Polite and happy service 10 out of 5 for this food place. The locatiin was great for what we wanted to do no complaints there.
