Really nice location with lake.Path goes right round so had a walk before tea, was really nice. Resturant was great to look out over lake and breakfast room was fab, I didnt want to leave sat in sun relaxing!
Had a lovely 2 night stay here with family. Nice clean room, they provided extra bed for children, amble parking spaces and excellent view of lake. Kids loved the play area in the pub house and food was good and price are reasonable.
Our 2nd visit to this Premier Inn and it certainly won't be our last. Me and my Wife absolutely love staying here when we visit Northumberland.
The car park outside is in need of a bit of a remodeling. Be careful coming in to the site to avoid the rough road and pot holes. The parking area is smooth but the exit/entrance should heed caution. Free parking though so that's something.
The rooms we are given are always very clean and tidy when we arrive. Fresh bedding and plenty of spare pillows. The shower/bath is amazing with very hot water. Comes with a decent sized TV, hairdryer, towels, kettle and complimentary tea/coffee that you can request more of if you need to. Bed is nice and comfortable with plenty of space to stretch out. WiFi inside the building but honestly, stick to the free WiFi. It's more than good enough for browsing.
The reception staff are always pleasent and informative. Get you checked in without fuss. We were given room 40 this time and it's just as expected as last time we were here. Clean and comfy.
We have breakfast and dinner included with our booking and honestly, the food is amazing. The breakfast is buffet style so you can have as much as you can eat. You can also request additional items that are vegan or veggie if you need to. We have veggie sausages and bacon which is cooked perfectly and is very nice.
Nice selection of breakfast items like cereal, toast, muffins, yoghurt, fruit and berries. Or you can have a full-English if you want. Plenty to choose from. Coffee machines available too. Orange juice, apple or cranberry.
There's a kids play area if you require.
The dinner menu is good with lots of choices. We don't eat meat but there are alternative options too.
The staff are exceptional and very friendly. Offer a brilliant service and are great. A credit to them all. The ladies who operate on the evening are especially brilliant.
We will be coming back on our next visit to Northumberland. We love coming here. Absolutely no trouble from anyone. We feel safe walking around and leaving our car in the car park
Happy Days š

Lovely staff and rooms, however breakfast cold and sausages are poor quality.
