  I was given an easy access room even if I booked a standard room. The room was a little dusty and not practical for me as everything was placed lower to the ground (and I am a tall person). Upon checking in the man at the desk made a poor taste joke saying that due to the easy access room my bathroom was very spacious that I could dance in it.. No water bottle available in the room nor a box of face tissues. Finally the WIFI signal was so poor I could not open emails attachment... For only additional £20 I could have booked at the Hilton hotel around the corner...

  Soxy is amazing 👏 Stayed 2 times now and we stay here yearly for japfest silverstone Thank you so much 💜 see you next year Only thing id suggest is start breakfast early when events are on. And im really surprised theres no dinner served

  We stayed at Premier Inn in silverstone on Friday 18th April to attend a wedding nearby and really appreciated the service we received when we checked in at this hotel , the staff were very helpful all throughout our stay , especially Julia she went over and beyond her normal duties, not only helping to check in but also recommending places to see and explore whilst there . Thank you to all the staff at Premier Inn in Silverstone and would definitely recommend staying there 👍🙏

  This is by far the DIRTIEST premier inn hotel I have ever stayed in, we had requested to change rooms since the thermostat was broken and the bath was leaking water all over the floor, we then moved into what possibly could be the cause of the next bubonic plague, the amount of mold is genuinely baffling, the sheets were dirty, the room had not been cleaned for quite some time before our arrival, avoid at all cost

  Had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Silverstone. We stopped here as we were going to the Silverstone Circuit, the hotel was only about an 8 minute drive away which was fantastic. When we arrived we was greeted by Soxy who was amazing and professional, she checked us in and also provided us with a list of pubs in the area along with takeaways in the area that deliver to the hotel, which was super helpful! The rooms were clean and plenty of room. If your visiting the area I would recommend staying here!😊
