  Never again! Booked in for 3 nights whilst visiting family. £520 for 3 nights seemed a bit steep but have stayed at many premier inns and thought at least we were guaranteed the same “standard”….but obv not! Completely run down. Room roasting hot but if opened window you couldn't hear yourself think. Next to service station and hotel full of people staying for work so vans coming and going constantly. Bed was so high had to literally climb in and jump out. Bathroom grotty and whole room tired and dated. We were advised the restaurant was being refurbished so we would be offered a continental breakfast. Went to reception in morning to find a basket with plastic wrapped croissants and told we couldn't have tea or coffee because there were no cups! Couldn't face another night and checked out the following day. Dont waste your time "reaching out" to customer relations. Wrote a complaint and the reply was that we were informed prior to arrival that the restaurant was closed and they were sorry there were no cups and that we didn't like the hotel. Great customer service Premier Inn! Def wont be staying here or any other of your hotels again. Total rip off ***response below just shows how automated it all is. I've already said I complained and all I got was a "sorry about that"

  Brilliant Premier Inn, close to where we want but nothing around to do, you have to drive. No Beefeater as this is closed for breakfast for the foreseeable. The Premier Inn do offer a complimentary breakfast of croissants and fruit and this is perfect for us, thank you

  Not the best Premier Inn by a long way! Staff are nice, but no facilities to eat at night and no breakfast either despite booking in for bed & breakfast. I won’t be returning unless desperate. * In response to Premier Inns reply I would like to state that your restaurant is not open as you have recently sold the building to someone else and it remains empty. I certainly don’t expect room service to be an option at a premier inn.

  Excellent stay from start to finish! The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, I would definitely stay at again and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable hotel.
